To begin the registration process, simply complete the brief registration form and submit. You'll then be given the option to request an PRO-Series account and find out about Arrow Collaborator.
Search for a part using the manufacturer's part number or part description. Search by part number when you know the exact part number that you are looking for, or if you have a partial part number and a general idea of what it may contain or begin with. Search by part description when you do not know the part number but know the type of part you?d like to find. Our search engine will search our database, containing more than 3 million parts, for an exact match first, and if that is unsuccessful it will search using wildcards in the search string.
To narrow your search even more, please choose a supplier from the supplier drop-down box. Or, another search refinement option allows you to have in-stock only parts returned to you.

Your search results will contain the supplier name, part description, manufacturer?s part number, supplier-stated lead time (where available), the purchase price (where available), and the quantity available to order online.
The purchase price column is the price available for buying online, regardless of quantity. To make a purchase online, please add the appropriate quantities in the entry box located in the availability column and check the add to cart box next to each item you?d like to purchase, then click add to cart. Items in your cart will remain for the duration of your current session only.
Data sheets are accessible on arrownac.com from the part search results page. If a data sheet is available for a particular part, the word "Data Sheet" will appear hyperlinked (in blue) under the part description for the corresponding part. The "Data Sheet" hyperlink will open a new browser window to the supplier?s Web site?s data sheet. Please be advised that not all parts on arrownac.com have available data sheets. If a data sheet link results in an error page, please consult the supplier?s Web site.
There's a wealth of information on the arrownac.com Web site. To make finding information even easier, use our site search. To begin searching, click on the site tab from your homepage. This search will not return part availability and pricing information so please use our part search if that's what you're interested in finding. Site search will assist you in your research about a particular part, however, by providing you with information such as latest design news.
To begin your search enter a keyword or descriptive string to find information related to your topic of interest. For example, try searching by using multiple search terms such as AND (i.e. DC converter AND TI) and OR (i.e. 8bit OR Motorola OR MCUs).
Once you've located the parts that you want to purchase, select add to cart to place the items in your shopping cart. Make any changes, if necessary, and select update. Once you're ready to make a purchase, select proceed to checkout. If you're registered with us you can login and your information will be pre-populated, which lets you proceed to checkout even faster. Please fill out your billing information, double check your information, then submit your order.
Before your order is complete, you must first read and accept the terms and conditions. NOTE: SOME PARTS ARE SOLD NON-CANCELABLE and NON-RETURNABLE(NC/NR). If any of the items you have selected to purchase are NC/NR, the terms and conditions will SPECIFICALLY indicate this. Once your order request has been completed, you will receive a thank you page. Order confirmation is subject to meeting all U.S. Export Laws and Regulations. If you are ordering from Arrow for the first time in Y2007, you will receive an export compliance form that will have to be completed and returned to Arrow before your order will be shipped. This form is valid until December 31, 2007. We cannot hold requested inventory, and you may lose your order if this is not returned promptly. All orders are shipped via UPS or Fed Ex, Monday through Friday, and shipped complete with a manufacturer's warranty. All Fed Ex shipping is available by collect only. Please select the appropriate collect option from the drop-down menu.
Charges for UPS prepaid shipments are a $20.00 plus $5.00 for each additional line item purchased.

International (excluding Canada)
All other international orders will be shipped via UPS Blue (expedited service) and will be charged to your credit card if no carrier (UPS, Fed Ex or DHL) account number is provided. If UPS Blue is not available for delivery to your area, then UPS Red (express service) will be used. UPS Blue charges begin at $47 for a one-pound package. The exact freight charges cannot be determined until after your order has been processed and billed.
Inventory is warehoused in multiple locations throughout the United States, therefore you may receive multiple shipments for your order. We will do our best to provide one complete shipment.
International orders will be charged a handling and energy fee of $10.22 per shipment. A $10 handling charge will be added to each line item less than $30.

You may return anything you buy from arrownac.com within 30 days of the date we ship it to you. In order to receive a refund (only available as a credit to the charge account you used to pay for your order), the returned item(s) must be sent back with a return authorization obtained from Arrow's online sales department (not from a local sales office) and must be in the same condition and inner packaging in which it was shipped to you. Our decision about its condition will be final. Return authorizations and instructions may be obtained by calling (877) 237-8621. We have no responsibility for any return sent to us without an authorization. If you don't return the products or notify us of any problem (such as damage or incorrect quantities or part numbers) within 30 days of the day we shipped you the products, you will be deemed to have accepted the products.

It is not necessary to know the manufacturer's full part number in order to locate a part. Simply input a partial number and our search engine will return all manufacturer part numbers containing that string of characters. Wildcard characters are not required.
